We do birthday cakes on demand and will require 48hours notice.

GARDEN POT: Flower pot look alike cake: layers of vanilla sponge and crème pâtissière, mixed berry marmalade, chocolate soil & fresh flowers ( $15/person)
VIENNETA: Layers of lemon curd, raspberry gel, hazelnut dacquoise, vanilla bavarois, fresh meringue, pistachio ( $15/person)
TROPICAL MOUSSE CAKE: Coconut Dacquoise, Mango Marmalade, Passionfruit Curd, White Chocolate Feuillantine, Coconut Bavarois, Passionfruit Glaze ( $15/person)
CROQUEMBOUCHE: French dessert consisting of choux pastry puffs piled into a cone and bound with threads of caramel ( $20/person)
Available time slots and capacity are also affected and are reflected in the booking system
