After 15 years in the Hospitality Industry, I have partnered with Nicolas in the creation of C’est Bon Catering, offering premium tailored options for your most special events.

From Paris to Cairns, I have gained extensive experience and have hosted & managed up to 600 cover events, from the most premium, to the most… interesting ones!

I left C’est Bon in 2018 after 7 years of dedication to enlarge my vision, knowledge and expertise helping develop CrystalBrook, The Chambers, Ollies Italian, and many more.

In 2020, I founded Growin’ Hospo Solutions, a consulting company to assist restaurant owners achieve their business goals.

2021 proved to me that I was missing the excitement of true Hospitality projects, and naturally brought me to join Nicolas in this venture. It’s like I never left and it is all for your benefit.
